• Students are responsible for managing their time effectively and ensuring attendance at online classes as scheduled.
• Student must familiarize themselves with the class timetable, access necessary technology for online learning, and prioritize education commitments.

• Use appropriate language and tone in all written and verbal communication.
• Respond promptly to messages from tutors and admin staff.
• Encourage language immersion by engaging in conversations and activities in the target language.

• The student is not allowed to share materials used in class.
• Protect personal and sensitive information shared online, including login credentials and financial details.
• Report any suspicious activity or potential security breaches to school administrators immediately.

• Provide constructive feedback to tutors and peers in a respectful manner.
• Actively participate in course evaluations and surveys to help improve the quality of online education.

• Follow netiquette guidelines for online communication.
• Avoid typing in all caps, which can be considered shouting in online communication.
• Use emoticons and emojis appropriately to convey tone and emotion.

• Maintain respectful and professional behavior during all online interactions, including classes, discussions, and messaging.
• Treat tutors and fellow students with courtesy and consideration.
• Respect privacy and confidentiality when sharing personal information online.
• Eating or listening to music during class is not allowed.
• Students are expected to maintain a neat and presentable appearance during their classes.
• Avoid offensive or inappropriate clothing, language, or images.

• Payments are made directly to tutors.
• Payment must be made in advance of classes.
• Verify available payment methods for each tutor on their individual profile page.
• Some available payment options are: PayPal, MB Way, Wise, and Revolut.

• Students are encouraged to join online classes on time to prevent disruption to their learning experience, and that of their peers, in the case of group classes.
• A delay of up to 5 minutes is allowed; classes will proceed if the delay exceeds this time.
• Latecomers to group classes may not be able to make up missed material or participate fully in ongoing activities.

• Class scheduling is contingent upon payment.
• If a student cancels a class with at least more than 24 hour’s notice, they are entitled to reschedule the class for free.
• No rescheduling is provided if a class is canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice.
• Each student is allowed to reschedule one class per week within a three-day period.
• Failure to attend the rescheduled class forfeits the option for further rescheduling or refunds.
• If on vacation, teachers are entitled to reschedule the student’s paid classes within less than a month.
• Each teacher may decide to provide free rescheduling of a session if a student is unable to attend a session due to a medical emergency, or a similar event outside of their control. This will be decided by each other on a case-by-case basis.

• Students and Tutors must sign these terms and conditions in order to become a part of iLearn’s community.

• Represent the school positively on social media and online platforms.
• Refrain from posting inappropriate or offensive content related to the school or its community.
• Respect the privacy and reputation of fellow students and teachers online.

• Ensure reliable internet connection and appropriate equipment for online classes.
• It is recommended to have at least one backup connection available.
